Ah well this vlog is rather old now. Drew and l went our seperate ways in the end, but, l now have a new partner! And, lve now competed my phalloplasty, all in working order! And, no soreness at all!
I hope you don't mind me correcting you a little re the glans: Glansplasty is optional, you can opt not to have a circumcised look. But if you opt out of glansplasty you end up with a smooth look that's not quite the same as an uncircumcised cis penis either, as there's no foreskin or glans shape showing under the skin. You would still have a circular scar near the tip from phallus construction, and a nifty slit for peeing out of, and it's passable enough at casual glance in a changing room for example.

The surgical team didn't bring it up until my consultation for second stage, which is when they need to confirm that stuff I suppose. Since there's a lot to discuss and most people do want glansplasty they seem to assume you want it unless you say hang on, no!

+TypeONegative 1377 Thats something that only you can answer realy my friend, there are pros and cons of both to weight up. Over here we are offered the inflatable device or the malleable rod. The rod has a much longer life than the inflatable which is a huge benefit, however for me personally I prefer the inflatable as I dont like the idea of having to bend the penis erect and then bend it to hang again
All medical interventions are entirely personal choice my friend, there is no pressure to take hormones or have any surgery, each of us follows a different path. This path, in having lower surgery, was right for me but it isnt right for everyone and doesnt make you any less male or any less trans
+Colormebadd17 No, there are a fair few lower surgery options. Metiodioplasty is a mini penis, so there is no erection option, only phalloplasty comes with the choice of an erectile device but not everyone chooses it. If you do there are options of a malleable rod or a inflatable pump

No I cant, as yet, phalloplasty surgery cannot recreate the male productive system so I do not produce sperm
