Whenever Autumn kicks around and the temperature drops, and that slight feeling of melancholy kicks in, these videos really cheer me up. I always remember your first filmed ride on the FZ1; I think it was this time of year, too.
Good memory, absolutely right mate. The FZ1 was purchased beginning of October. I’m very happy to be able to lift the Autumn mood ever so slightly! Hopefully the very soon to come Romania tour will have the same effect! 😜
Good to see the dynamic duo in action once again, and in some of my favourite biking country to boot! :D :D I'm guessing that all the references to Shaun needing to get an ADV bike were due to the fact he pretty much already had at that point? ;) :) :D Weird that the XR did such a poor job in the comfort stakes, he was properly broken last year towards the end of his Scottish tour, also!! :(
Great to see the both of you out together again. Gorgeous Sauerland, closed roads and wonky satnav fun what more could you want on a Sunday morning? Looking forward to seeing you out with Shaun on his new Triumph soon - it even has a comfy seat!
Decent vid Andy, defo once upon a time last year 😂 Since TLR swapped his sore arse for a Tiger (which i couldnt get on with) 😂 I had a similar "sore" epiphony when over in the black forest & the ring in July on my 94R Speedie, since swapped it for a nice sensible V4S Multi 😂
Loved it I’m glad you’ve got some new videos I haven’t seen you lately apart from some older ones I hope you’ve got some new stuff coming along great to see you take care ride safe Andy rubber side down as they say oh love those Aprilia’s great bikes
@ great Andy I can’t wait looking forward to them hope you enjoyed making them as much as I do watching them I’m sure you do except editing and all that messing around must get tedious at time thanks for doing this with a full time job it can’t be easy take care mate ride safe
Another great video. Thanks Andy, just made my day better. It seems there is a bit of a good chemesty between you and Shawn. Please do more colabs, its good stuff, really!
Very happy to help mate, cheers for watching! I’m sure there’ll be more shenanigans along the way! Might have to convince Shaun to get his adventure bike dirty!
My two favourite English/German bikers in Sauerland, I’m proper jealous…’should get an adventure bike mate’😆, should have got a Multi, bit more pricey though🥲.
I think everybody would like to have a multi at some point in their life. But I’ll settle for the also Italian Aprilia for now! At least until the lottery win comes in…
It really is a convincing machine once you sit on it. Commanding and athletic! But i totally understand. Without the chance rear-ending, I’d still be riding the KTM too… probably.
Thanks very much!! Yeah at times i miss the fact that i had a world class weapon of a bike, for very little money. But ultimately I’m VERY happy with the Tuareg. It fits my size better, allows me to do more and sounds the best of all the bikes I’ve has!!
Hi Andy, i need you help me with my 2013 yamaha fz1n. It is a CBU unit, mostly probably shipped from Europe to India. I need tk know if there is a 4port connector under neath the seats which can be used to connect to a diagnostic tool. Also, I am getting a flashin "Hi" error message in the dash. No faults codes on the dash.
No idea about the diagnostic connector I’m afraid. It was a long time ago that i last saw under the seat of an FZ1! But the ‚Hi‘ error means high temperature. Either the bike is overheating, or it thinks it’s overheating. If it’s not, then try switching out the temperature sensor.
@@AndyManCam Thanks for the revert man. I've read quite a number of blogs and most of them are pointing it to the immobilizer issue since the red light isn't flashing in the dash which is not letting the fuel pump to prime and hence its not turning over. Thanks again.
@AndyManCam Hi andy, the bike started yesterday. It was immobilizer, and it has been bypassed now. I was referred to an ex-yamaha trained electrician and he was able to sort it out in a day.
Oh I do miss the thelikeablerider pulling a face about how his arse is in tatters, maybe he should have kept the XR, you know entertainment value and all that...

What a lovely way to spend 20 minutes on a very wet and miserable Sunday morning, thanks guys you make my grey skies blue 😊
Happy to have brought some light into a dreary day!
Love your motovlogs. Always entertaining 🎉
That Tuareg honks beautifully.
It’s the finest honker I’ve ever ridden!
Awesome seeing you get a wiggle on with the ToeRag Andy, looked like a fun couple of days with Shaun 🙂
Cheers P. Every moment on that machine is an enjoyable one! Hard NOT to get a wriggle on, the thing just wants to go!
@@AndyManCam 😎
Ooooh....that Tuareg does moan when you twist her. Well done gentlemen 🤌
It’s a delightful sound that i just can’t get enough of! Best of all, i don’t have to be doing mach 8 to hear it!!
Great stuff gents. 😂😂👌👌👏👏
Many thanks Tony!!
Tuareg sounds amazing, great video Andy ❤
Cheers Martyn. I know right! I utterly love it!! 😍

Absolutely right Matt! Sneaky nods to the inevitable that sadly due to late publishing, didn’t really weren’t all that sneaky!! 😆
Superb roads with only a small section to remind you of the UK's decaying offerings, pretty good weather, and some pleasant scenery. Nice one, Andy.
Cheers Jim! That’s Germany summed up to a T!
The LR on his XR tells me this was a little while back but great to see you guys buggering about on the German roads again. Always great to watch..
Yeah, still on catch-up, but almost up to date! There’s always room for a bit of buggering about on bikes!
Great to see the both of you out together again. Gorgeous Sauerland, closed roads and wonky satnav fun what more could you want on a Sunday morning? Looking forward to seeing you out with Shaun on his new Triumph soon - it even has a comfy seat!
It really was a bit of AMC x TLR bingo, with the satnav and such! Yeah I’ve still yet to meet the new triumph!
Good to see you two bouncing off each other again 👍
Always good to bounce off of an old sweetheart once in a while! 😅
Again a very fun and entertaining video. Nice to see you riding with TLR after a long time.
I must say - that intake noise of the Tuareg is awesome!
Cheers El G! I totally agree. Long overdue and the intake noise NEVER gets old!! 🥰

‚Sensible‘ V4S!! 😄 Glad you’ve found your machine mate. Yeah this was certainly back in the mists of time. I’m catching up though!
Well that looked like fun, great roads 👍👍
It looked like fun, because it was a lot like fun. Except also serious and important 😜
Good to see the pair of you riding together again! Couple of nice bikes, although can see why TLR changed his! 👍
Cheers mate! Yeah the writing was already on the wall (and his arse) for the BMW! I don’t think he’ll ever look back!
Nice vid. Enjoy seeing you guys ride together & listen on to the banter. Motorbike 🏍️
Thanks for coming along Russell. Yeah it’s always a pleasure with LR!
Lovely, absolutely lovely.Still wearing the Nishua I see.😊
Thanks! Very much so, still my favorite helmet ever. Sadly getting a little long in the tooth now though.
Loved it I’m glad you’ve got some new videos I haven’t seen you lately apart from some older ones I hope you’ve got some new stuff coming along great to see you take care ride safe Andy rubber side down as they say oh love those Aprilia’s great bikes
Thanks Nicholas! Fear ye not, there is LOTS on the way! German TET, Romania, Italy and France off road… all in the pipeline! 😃
@ great Andy I can’t wait looking forward to them hope you enjoyed making them as much as I do watching them I’m sure you do except editing and all that messing around must get tedious at time thanks for doing this with a full time job it can’t be easy take care mate ride safe
@nicholasjarrold8649 it’s a labor of love mate! Hard work, but always satisfying when it’s finished! Same to you dude. 👍🏻
Another great video. Thanks Andy, just made my day better.

How good to see you pair carving up the twisties together. Some lovely use of start wide finish tight too. Keep at it lads
Always been a fan of starting wide and finishing tight!
@@AndyManCam that’s what she said.
@patadamson4005 too right!
Love that induction raw
I know right!! It’s truly intoxicating!
Deutschland, 2 seasons. Winter and road construction
Sd, but oh so very true!! 🤣

nice one mate, and the quality of the chat with out the battle of Britain vocal mask 😷
Roger that squadron leader, terribly kind of you old sport, toodle pip, what-what!
Sat on a Touareg earlier this day. I've gotta say it feels very nice. But my KTM hasn't died on me yet. 😂
It really is a convincing machine once you sit on it. Commanding and athletic! But i totally understand. Without the chance rear-ending, I’d still be riding the KTM too… probably.
What a great ride. Cheers for bringing us along. I wish the roads here were like that. Definitely some very nice riding porn. yum yum!
My pleasure entirely! Thanks for coming! Germany has LOTS of riding porn. Sadly also lots of regulation and restrictions!! 😅
Great vid mate. Do you ever miss the FZ1

@AnuragRana087 excellent news, happy to hear it!! 👍🏻
Morning
Moin.
See this is where they went wrong in the 40s, if they had put in more road works the Allies would never have managed to make any progress.....
I'd love to see the AMC Sherman tank tour
Ahahahaha! So very true!
Oh I do miss the thelikeablerider pulling a face about how his arse is in tatters, maybe he should have kept the XR, you know entertainment value and all that...
I totally agree. There has to be some suffering for the art. I keep using Garmin, he should keep using bad seats!
