Yo, thanks so much for the file organization bit, it really helped me organize my project and funny enough made me excited to game dev again. Thanks a bunch! 😊
Great, good stuff, am just wondering, do you have any plans on making Godot tutorials? to be honest this is the main reason why I subscribed to your channel, you used to make some really really amazing Godot tutorials, this used to be one of the best channels for learning Godot game dev, and what I love the most is that you focus on 3D unlike the majority who make redundant 2D stuff, I really hope that you are planning on making more 3D Godot game dev tutorials
@@xyoxus ya, I know, am just not as enthusiastic as the rest of you, he is starting of with a 2D tutorial and then a GDScript tutorial, I mean we’ve already passed this stage, there are already tons of such tutorials and to be honest I don’t know how long before Brackeys start making professional Godot 3D tutorials, if I have to guess, it’ll probably be a very very very long time, but let’s wait and see how it goes
@@amirosman8797 why would you need tutorials if you "already passed this stage" of gdscript? if you know everything about gdscript, then you have "already passed the stage" of needing tutorials. brackeys video on gdscript isnt just about the basics, its a full deep dive. it will actually teach you everything about gdscript. after that video, he likely will make a 3D tutorial soon because 3D is much harder to make than 2D. theres also a bunch of videos already talking about every node in godot. nodes + gdscript = anything you will ever need. you should stop with the tutorials and start on the doing
Lukky can you make a short video for asset import blender to GODOT 4 please. I am very confused about what it the "best" way to import mesh, create material(built-in or engine created?) and creating godot asset(node hierarchy and collisions). Asset workflow is so simple in both unreal and unity. Idk if its just me but i feel overwhelmed about it on godot. Thanks for the good videos!
@@BanditLeader yeah sure. did you at least try oucean audio because you kind of replied to that comment ? Because, you know, I had reasons to recommend it as it is free, very easy to use without headaches, its quick and does the jobs I throw at it very well.

You really are the best youtuber any gamedev could ever wish for

It's amazing that in showing a set of resources you also give the best and simplest explanation of how to actually start with 3D in Godot.
Among the most outstanding videos on Godot

Open game art is generally pretty amateurish but has a LOT of music for games, always with very permissive licenses
ffmpeg

and to extract audio from video if i need to edit it separately
Nice - thx
Will these polyhaven assets work with ue5?
A gamedev resources without talking about source control and backing up your pojects haha. I think you should have mentioned git.

Lukky i came here after 40s of ur video released.
tip for all, ditch audacity, grab oceanaudio
tenacity is the better version of audacity. truly FOSS and with improved UI and no telemetry
