My Dad bought a used 2007 Honda Pilot that has AWD. It also has something called torque vectoring. For what it is its better that open deffs. I was impressed with what it could do. Our Channel / @awsmfun
Just got a 2004 awd and love it so far had 142K everything works ive put 10k driving up and down the west coast no issues great vehicle ! I am gonna overland the heck out of it !

It actually works very well. Wheel spin for a few seconds is nothing to worry about. Getting stuck is when you should worry.
we have a 2004 pilot, basically the same, Honda facelifted it in 2006, and it has been same until 2008. I hate the 2009-2015 version

People underestimate these Hondas. I've purposely tried to get my 2006 stuck in sand, snow and mud, but each time it pulls out with ease.
I got a 2008 Honda pilot 4 wheel drive and i love it.Best car i have owned.
