- Soundarya Lahari -waves of beauty,is often viewed as being composed of two parts. First 41 verses are called Ananda Lahari -waves of bliss revealed by Shiva himself.These verses describe mystical union of shiva & shakti touching upon tantra,yantra , mantra.42 to 100 verses composed by Adi Shankara eulogize the beauty,grace & munifence of goddess Parvati consort of Shiva.But the entire 100 verses are known as Soundarya Lahari.Each verse is complete by itself.I handpicked few verses sung meliflously by Mambalam sisters & put them together .
Soundarya Lahari is a veritable conglomeration of poetic tendencies. So beautiful each verse is,it will take over our heart and soul , caress our sense and sensibilities..
