I stopped drinking milk after I was 10 . But I had 2 eggs every single day and non veg on Sundays. When I was 16, my height was 5'7 but now I'm 17 and 5'11 . My father is also 5'8

Very relatable cause I drink milk too and minimum sleep 8-9 hours kayi baar to 10 ghante bhi ho jata aur mere papa 5.8 aur abhi Maine check Kiya to mai unse halka sa lamba tha like 0.5 inches and I'm 16. I calculated my potential height it said 5.11 let's see if it goes this much .

The skinny fat bodytype of us indians is due to the numerous famines we had went through , and at the time of famine, our body just adapted to this "skin fat" body type to store and hoard fat to conserve energy for the sailent activities, but yeah hardwork and consistency can do wonders.
I'm 16 and I'm in a pretty good shape currently due to consistent workouts, no fap grinds, and sports.

I have knowledge on wellness and nutrition. Here are some top advice for strong and healthy life style:
1. Avoid deep fried food, cooked in high heat food
2. Eliminate consumption of processed seed oils. Consume and cook with only cold pressed (chakki ghani pressed) oils. I live in US and I consume only cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil, pure ghee and pure butter.
3. Avoid pesticide-ridden food. They cause cancer in older people and slow brain development in kids.
4. Avoid all processed food and drinks, sugary/sweet drinks, soda, cola etc. No biscuits. They cause terrible damage.
5. Eat rice, dal, lentils, beans, nuts, vegetables, and fruits. Eat whole food/fruit. Avoid fruit juice.
6. Exercise at least 30 mins every morning. The more the better. Do short (5-10 mins) exercise breaks throughout the day, anytime you have a break, even for 2 minutes, use that break to do exercise. Burpee is a good exercise. Lift weights. Do pushups, situps whenever you get time.
7. Minimize use of phone. Do not waste your life away on social media, reels, shorts. Learn things with depth.
