So true! I do mini twist and can only leave them in a week. Gray hair is so dry. I do keep my twist moisturize in that week, never letting my hair get dry. Low manipulation = length retention.
You absolutely can moisturize gray hair with extensions and maintain them. I *always* hydrate my scalp and my hair and moisturize while it’s in braids or twists. I don’t really wear weaves, so I can’t speak to that. Great tips.
Some awesome rips! So true my hair will not stay in no protective style for more than a day! My hair loves to be touched and it loves moisture! My brush glides right through my hair, I love it! I just did a french twist w my own natural hair! It's so soft, manageable and well moisturized.👑❤️🤗
Yesss....This the video I needed to see. With my gray hair it is very dry and hard to find a style for it. Thank you for tips on how to take care of it.
Ooh I’m so glad I found this channel I just stopped dying my hair about 6 months ago and have been trying to figure out the best way to keep my hair moisturized I am going gray but I still like rocking my wigs thank you for this information 👍🏾
In paradise on earth under heavenly kingdom rule coming at anytime Now righteous mankind will receive perfect human life forever and older ones will become fresher than in youth (Gen 1:27-30; Isaiah 65:17-25; Job 33:25;Psalms 37:10,11,29;Matt 24:3,14,42,44;Rev 21:3-5)
This is too true. I have white natural hair and I noticed the growth is so fast I can’t wear my hairstyle braids long same in crochet styles even though, I can get away with keeping it longer but my own hair will grow and just taken over cornrows and forehead braids for sure.
Thank you Ms. Karen! Question: I wear wigs during the cold months, I corn roll my hair underneath. Would you say wash day once a wk is low manipulation? I would braid it right back up until the next wash day.
Nope! That is perfect! You are not manipulating throughout the week and keep your scalp clean thru weekly washings! Perfect! I’m about to slap m wig on soon too! About to start my exercise program so trust me - I will be putting a video out about sweat 😓 😂😂😂
