CSX Garrett Sub Trains at the Indiana/Ohio State Line

This clip features three CSX trains at the Indiana/Ohio state line. This spot is actually a bit unique, with Main 1 at ground level, and Main 2 up on a fill. A road runs on the border and crosses Main 1 at grade but passes beneath Main 2.
TRAIN 1: Loaded phosphate train K812 heads west on the low line.
TRAIN 2: Run-thru produce train Q090 heads east on the highline, hauling food from the west coast to the east coast.
TRAIN 3: Manifest Q386 follows Q090 across the fill.

I grew up in the 80s and 90s 1.5 miles from the state line of this CSX double track. There was a silo bridge like 0.5 mile east. It indeed is a unique spot.

I see Q090 but when I see him the ID is L090

Sometimes it's Q, sometimes it's L. It was calling "Q-090" each time I saw this train.
