The thing with Blitz though. Even when given time he’d just make excuses and find ways to avoid the issue. He doesn’t take this seriously. It’s seen very clearly by his reaction. Because no one would really love him, that’s the way he thinks anyway. If Stolas had let him talk, I doubt the outcome would’ve been super different. Blitz does not believe anyone could really love him, that won’t change unless he changes and that takes a lot of time.

Him and Fizz cleared things up pretty fast after being confronted with both sides of the story, and that was after 15 years of resenting each other and this incident being a core trauma for both of them. Fizz is one of the first people he had a loving relationship with (I'm applying the term "loving" loosely here, not just in a romantic sense) that turned bitter and he still could accept that it was a misunderstanding and now has a seemingly very positive relationship with Fizz again. Obviously the situation with Stolas is different, but MAYBE if they would've talked more Blitzø could've at least somewhat accepted that Stolas has some kind of feelings for him and he could've explained more how he feels. If Stolas knew about Blitzøs deeply rooted self hatred, his inferiority complex and how Stolas himself unknowingly attributed to it (calling him a "little imp", "impish plaything" and coming off as condescending and sexualizing a lot of the time) he maybe wouldn't take Blitzøs disbelief about his love confession as rejection or lack of care and could at least feel better about the situation and give Blitzø more time to sort his issues out. Overall there wouldn't have been an ideal outcome in any scenario, but it definitely could've been a lot better
Stolas realized *months* ago that "favors for favors" wasn't working out and took steps to give Blitzo more agency in their thing. People oftentimes say communication is key, but that phrase ignores something even more important. *Comprehension.* Because Blitzo has so much trauma and self loathing, he has a very consistent habit of sitting in denial when the truth is unpleasant. His refusal to believe that Stolas wanted anything but sex from him is in the same vein as him being aghast that Stolas could actually be physically harmed.
I got this from another comment on another video but someone pointed out to me when Blitzy kept screaming at Stolas, Stolas would hug himself tighter every-time due to past PTSD he got from Stella screaming at him. So not only did Blitz be rude to him but he literally caused Stolas PTSD from all the screaming he used to receive from Stella.
Also in the intro song you can see that Stolas is out of his antidepressant pills. This whole situation this day got much worse that could went if he had them. We know how devastating depression can be and cloud stuff.
something really funny ive noticed in the animation is the bottom of blitz's face(below his mouth) changes from red to white(goes past the bit where it would be one of those colors(for example 21:53, its all white) because its easier to just slap a bucket fill on there then do a gradient on it

My favorite part of this episode was seeing Loona 🐺back boy I missed her and good to see her back in action she was absent in 3 episodes in a row and There was no music in the end credits now that’s the first it left me speechless😭 what will happen next in the apology tour
Honestly Stolas really botched up the beginning of their meeting. man really went "Im taking the only thing that allows you to do your job from you". Why he couldnt have just started with the crystal i'll never know, would have saved Blitz a whole ass panic attack.
