You'll get used to it over time with how ne is used in comparison because it's honestly difficult to explain even though it's easy to understand. I guess the least i can say is that how ne here is kinda used like "right?" or "yeah?" So with those pieces the sentence can come off as "You thought I didn't have a stand as well?" Also my japanese is kuso level, but apes together are strong so I just tried to help the best I can.

You know, sometimes we focus on the subtitles so much we don't even know what the characters are actually saying. Some of us might not even notice it suddenly became Japanese (and a hilariously broken one at that).
Part of me wonders how terribly it would translate if we took the JP "dub", and translate it back to English, word by word, without changing anything. I'd wager it would be a mess, but how much of a mess it would be is interesting.
Even 100% correct Japanese would be a mess if you translated it _word for word._ If you meant translate it to the best approximation of the English equivalent, then yes, I agree, it would be a mess.
