Just to clarify on Sarah's death:
The four friends were all at a college party. There was tension in the group at the time, but it got worse when they all got drunk. It soon escalated into a fist fight (idk how it happened. I don't think it was explained), ending with Sarah dying. Luther (who becomes Tails) stated that he didn't know who delivered the final blow, but I'm pretty sure it was Martin (Eggman) since he has it the worst out of everyone else. His death was the most painful after all. But anyway, after Sarah died, the three guys buried her body to keep what happened hidden. If I recall correctly, Martin was the one who buried her, Luther helped, and Michael (Knuckles) just kept quiet about everything. The three of them got away with murder. Fast forward to years later and a SEGA building was built right on top of where Sarah was buried, hence why and how she was able to possess a game disk and take on the form of Sonic.
Pretty sure that's everything. I hope I didn't leave anything out
Edit: One more thing. When Luther was about to destroy the disk, he didn't insert it into the console. I think the disk somehow moved itself and that's how Sarah was finally able to get him. Don't hold me to that though. I could be COMPLETELY wrong on that

So here’s the cast, and some of the story before the remaining episodes are watched.
Sarah: the girl who was killed in an alcohol-fueled argument with friends. She would later be revived into the body of Sonic. Thirty lonely years before she had a chance of revenge passed. Her resolution; “If I don’t get to go home, you don’t get to either.”
Micheal: One of the two friends. While he had choice words for their friendship (said in the section before Luther’s tape) he remained close with Sarah. Speculation has it he was the least involved with her death, but involved nonetheless. Marking him as a target.
Martin: Probably killed Sarah. Another friend with issues with Sarah’s attitude and the organization of the friendship, he may have lost himself in his rage and killed her.
Luther: Sarah’s closest friend. A lot was confided in each other. She had asked Luther as help to protect her in the party. Luther helped cover up the murder, and managed to avoid Sarah for the longest.
He was killed when the copy of Sonic was played, entirely on it’s own and Sarah attacked him. He didn’t even put the disc in. He was looking for it in a storage box, when the screen behind him turned on, playing the game.
We leave off around a more modern time, with two original people in the first Sonic.exe creepypasta story. They will have to go through much of the same things the original characters did.
According to the recent video, you saw luther (tails) was getting attacked by sarah. Basically the setting is in the 90s or 2000s and the quality had a good increase since it was slightly more modern. Basically everyone in the game has control but, Sarah is much more powerful since she's been in it for 30 years. So Luther now is fighting back at sarah but will need to get more control of the game.

I think the reason Sarah made Martin as eggman because she saw him as the bad guy/ the villain because he was the one who delivered the finishing blow killing her

Alright, here's what I've got so far:
Sarah was killed and buried where a Sega building was soon to be placed. Therefore, she possessed the mascot we all know n love. After being trapped in what I'm assuming is an old Sonic game copy, she wants revenge on her friends.
Now onto her murder. From what Luther admitted, He assisted in Sarah's murder. Micheal must have witnessed this, but decided to keep his mouth shut, and didn't tell the authorities. *He didn't help her.*
And that brings us here. Sarah proceeded to kill and trap all of her friends, one by one.
As to how she traps them, based off of the CD we see in Luther's confession, this CD must have been passed down to all three of the friends, and as Martin said, "That's how she gets to you".
From what it seems, Luther's original intent was to destroy the CD, but somehow the CD was loaded and the game was started, allowing Sarah to capture Luther too. My only guess with that is just straight up it moved on it's own, if people can get sucked into games who says that isn't possible.
(I'll update this when I have new theories, and if you ever react to season 2 I'll make a theory there as well.)
i was thinking that same thing but sharah was trying to kill micheal in a car crash again and the guy that was his friend was trying to die to get in the game to meet micheal again but it was too late he was in the game already before sharah died and killed micheal but he has choose who to be (tails or Doctor Ivo Robotnik) but he choose tails and tails is micheal's Friend *this is true* cuz in 1902 micheal had to kill someone cuz he can get his soul back and he did and sega was trying to show the body to the cop they where scared of what they did and sharah killed the guy who killed her and made him into Doctor Ivo Robtnik And He Was Trying To Help The Others But It Didn't Happen cuz he was murdered the guy who was talking in the tape in 9012 and ivo robonik was him and his head was ripped off when he died

my theory: Micheal played the sonic game so many times and died that sonic (after watching his death replay over and over again 3:29) hunted down Michael eventually putting him in a broken figment/dark reality where his family died, and sonic.exe tortured him.

To talk about the Sonic and Knuckles game ad, Knuckles was tricked by Eggman into thinking Sonic was evil. The ingame story had Knuckles get betrayed by Eggman. That’s why Knuckles was called a “pawn of evil” in the ad.
Micheal tried to warn everyone that Sarah (Sonic/Needlemouse) was evil, and playing the game put the player at risk of death. That’s why the ad started to change up so much.
Yes! I’ve always loved Needle mouse, it’s nice to see my favorite TH-camr and my favorite series together.
Explanation of the whole series: Sarah dies at a college party. Luther, Martin and Micheal burry her. A sega building gets built on top of her and she gets in a disc. She posseses a cursed sonic. She gets trapped in the game for 30 years and Micheal gets dragged into her personal hell. He turns into knuckles. Then Sarah kills Martin. He turns into eggman. Luther makes a message and the disc gets pulled into the console by Sarah. Luther dies. That's the whole season 1 explained.
How Sarah died was because Luther, Michael, and whoever was Eggman we're at a college party and everyone got into a drunk fight and killed Sarah.
After Sarah was brought back as Sonic she go's after her friends

The reason why Sarah is Sonic is because when Luther and them hid her body in the lake or by the lake, the Sega building was built over it. Another thing that Luther mentioned was him working with Sega which could be the reason for Sarah choosing such a form as Sonic. In the last video that you didn't watch. It had to do with tails (Luther) trying to fight back against Sarah to get to a Thomas artwright which could be Luther's son. But yeah those additional videos you see are a continuation to the story because the creator Joseph had changed his mind about ending the series and decided to continue it through Season 2. So to answer your question, yes you should check those additional videos out cus they are apart of NeedlemOuse's story.

Ok so I was reading through the comments and this what I got all together-
Sarah and the rest of the fun gang were going to a party ( keep in mind it had drinks ) they drunk a lot of drinks and got drunk, so then everyone in the party were so drunk a fight broke out and then it was between Im guessing Luther aka her closest friend against Sarah, so moving forward they keep fighting then someone had to jump in and hit Sarah in the face too hard and her face started bleeding, no one said anything and Luther, Martin, and Micheal buried her body near the lake, then the SEGA company decided to build their building where Sarah was buried. Moving on Sarah soul went to the SEGA console and she got possessed into Sonic known as Evil ErR0r sonic, then one of them bought a console and they got the one Sarah was in. Next, after they left the console at Luther’s house, Luther was looking for something and the console and tv came on. A picture of sonic was on the screen and Luther started acting weird, he was trying to ask for help but it was too late, he winded up having his head departed from him body and he was turned into tails.
Micheal died because Sarah somehow got to him and killed him and turned him to happy Knuckles and no one heard from him like Luther. Lastly, Martin died because Sarah soul somehow came and killed Martin because he wasn’t there for her and instead helped Micheal and Luther.
