If we went with a mid 4, why didnt we play FDJ and Gundo as interiors. Remember the 2021-22 season with busquets when we had FDJ play interior and he showed his ability. Even under Koeman he was quite the player. Bringing him deep and leaving him alone with minimize his presence. Pedri on the other hand has to step up.

I knew right away that xavi wasnt the right coach that there was red flags over him 1. Remember when we drop down to europa league, he didnt took the competition seriously, just right there shows you? A great club take every competition seriously doesnt matter if its UCL,UEL,UECL and etc. u go for the win.
2nd: the brother does not learn from his mistakes every week. When will he learn that players who are mediocre have to go or tell them straightforward “yo ur not playing good either u improve or look for another club”.
3rd he failed on assigning roles to players correctly.
4th he allows players to decide what role they want such as kounde with rb/cb role, if they dont like that let them leave and invest for someone whose willing to do a multi role without complaining.

HOW TO IMPROVE???

The problem with management is that they neglect present success for the future. We keep signing extremely young players for the B team who are talented but lack experience to start in important games and we end up starting players like Roberto in big games like the one we played yesterday.
