You don't need a wall to combo extend with 3, just downslam, then hold space and do the 3 while aiming at them, the thing is, u don't wanna anim cancel into it because it doesnt have enough stun so theyll get downslam s unlike before the nerfs, what You need to do is wait for the enemy to touch the floor, then do it.
Flame you should try the pts luffy tech before the devs find out. basically use the air variant of the barrage(so it performs like sanji's spectre) which does 50% more dmg than the normal version. you can use it to create a true 1 shot with pts luffy : 3 m1s uptilt, wait until you are fully in air and do the air variant barrage. m1s into downslam into rocket and m1s into downslam again into bazooka( gotta be quick about the bazooka like ts sanji's hell memories so it doesnt flow in the air. basically stack the downslam and the bazooka!) and it kills
