There is no SCI category. SCI is discontinued from web of science. Now web of science has the category called SCIE. Follow the video it will be useful to you

This journal is under the reevaluation process of Scopus. After 2 or 3 months only we will come to know whether the indexing will continue or discontinue. At present the indexing is stopped.

In scopus website I find this journal name "Xi'an Jianzhu Keji Daxue Xuebao/Journal of Xi'an University of Architecture & Technology" and the scopus coverage years are 1998, from 2001 to 2019. Further, I noticed that 40 articles are indexed in SCOPUS database in the year 2020. I suggest you to use the website link given in the scopus website. For exact clarification kindly contact scopus. They we will provide you correct details.

Again you are wrong. Elsevier journals have two options to publish the articles. If you choose open access you need to pay the APC. If you do not choose open access you need not to pay. You can publish the articles at free of cost. Watch my video fully. I have explained about the decision time clearly.
