Know that God makes the impossible possible, I know sometimes it's hard to get started, but trust, and pray for discipline, always, and His guidance will fall upon your soul!
One of the hardest times of my life was when my family moved to another country. It felt like leaving all I'd ever known would tear my life apart. In the hardest moments I found myself begging God for help, and just watching everything fall into place was just amazing. It took time, but when I doubted that we made the right choice, He would remind me of the joy to come. He reminded me of everything I may have left, but everything that I had still had. Things that hold on no matter how far apart you may be. I've never seen Jesus, but I know He's always been leading me and now I truly believe that I'm right where I should be. I can look back and see God's hand in it all.
Our best friends are moving out of the country. While we have peace and know there is so much goodness God has in store, our hearts are devastated, especially my teenager who feels like she’s losing everyone who loves her. Your comment gave me hope to carry for both of our families. ❤
currently writing my thesis and then I gotta finish another paper for one of my seminars...it's chaotic over here and I am tired, but I just pray to finish both and get it done well. This playlist has been helping me calm my thoughts in the midst of the chaos I'm feeling being in recovery. I've been using some mind altering substance since 13 and at 26 it feels like all those negative emotions and trauma I buried for so long is all coming up at once now that I'm clean. I also got some terrible news back from the doctor last week and I just feel like my whole world got flipped upside down and I want to run back to what I know. But God led me here for a reason and I'm just scared and struggling to accept I am worthy of forgiveness. He's already forgiven me I just can't forgive myself. But this music makes me feel loved and warm. Thank you Crossing Gray for sharing your talents your voice is so soothing.
