Jessie and the kids throw a Halloween party because Mrs. Chesterfield excludes them from the building Halloween party on the roof. During the course of the evening, actual ghosts/demons are released who wind up possessing Emma, Luke and Mrs. Chesterfield, leaving Jessie, Ravi and Zuri to act like Ghostbusters to release the demons.
