This is my build of Q2. It is based on the original (Id Software) files, q2pro client (by Skuller) and improved textures. I just chose what I personally like. Due to the fact that Q2 allows you to change many settings (and files), you can choose what you like. For example, I chose bright yellow player skins to make them easier to see. But at any time you can change this and install original or any other skins. The same goes for weapon textures, map textures, sounds. A distinctive feature and huge advantage of Q2 is the ability to change (upgrade). If it weren't for r1q2 and q2pro, multiplayer quake would have died long ago.. I chose the yellow skins because they are easy to see and also because the color theme of the cards is heavily cinnamon, which goes with the yellow. If you use original skins on q2dm1, they will be almost invisible in the video.
