I was there - it was my first metal show! For anyone who was there - I'm the scrawny Indian kid in a black T shirt (Rock n' Roll San Jose) and blue shorts. I didn't go into the pit all that much since it was a bit too intense for me, but I won't lie - I had such a fun time! I think that's me crowdsurfing at 41:14! I have to say - I'm not that big into metal, but my friend invited me to check them out, and I'm really lucky that I got to do so. I mean, we have a world-famous band playing in a small venue a few blocks away from a college we both attend (and a band that's also from the Bay) - this is literally everything! Definitely worth the rather abysmal run I had the next day!
I WAS THERE!!! Throwing down in the pit IN BERKLEY was awesome. Just about as 80s as you can get. Thank you for recording!!! 1:09:32 is me going over the barrier
1:17:15 the guy that got crowd surfed right there landed on me (not his fault!!) and i busted my lip badly, it's still bleeding a little to this day but still a fun show!!

That pit was NUUUUTS, one of the best shows I've ever been to, Havok and Dead Heat ruled too! Security at UC theatre not so much
