The option for staff to stay in rooms when idol is useful if you are not into micromanaging. You can select which rooms your staff member can work in and then leave them to it. Me personally? I micromanage my staff like a controlling puppet master so I like to keep them in their rooms! It's ok because it's only a game lol 😂. Wouldn't be that bad in real life 😂.
