Which 361 model is the best for wide feet and outdoor durability?
I also do not know which size is best because in Nike I wear 12US or 46EU, but with 361 their 12US = 47EU while 46EU = 11US. So it is kind of weird to pick as I am not sure to go with my European or American size.

For chinese bball brands, they follow EU sizing. The US sizing on their site are very inaccurate. I am now wearing the previous version Big3 3.0 and it fits true to size EU45 for my wide feet 10.5 US.
Overall suitable for wide feet, but take note of the TPU piece at the front side of the shoes (for this shoe 4.0 and previous 3.0) which constraints your toes a lil' bit. As reviewed by Enzo, he recommends for wide feet you can go up half a size, for extremely wide feet you should skip this shoe.
