    Your sheds are junk. Just bought one and I’ve spent more time trying to make the pieces fit than anything else. I know all my other pieces fit because they go in nicely but then I get to one that is bigger than the span that it is supposed to fit in. And yes, it’s the right piece. Junk. Absolute junk.

    You people need to do better on your floor panels they are pieces of crap. This is unacceptable for the amount of money that is paid for these things. You make it look so easy in your little air conditioned room and pretty sure that they make sure yours was made perfectly. If I wanted to buy crap I would have went to a junkyard

    I'm building mine on the wood frame, as the instructions show. But I want to be able to move it (gently) around. So I put 2, 6"x6"x10' treated post under it, cut as skids.
    Mine will house the devices for a solar off grid power, for my farm lake.
    Looking good so far.

    I have a question - I was able to follow the instructions and assemble this shed. Now I have noticed that when I close the door while standing inside the shed, the bottom right and left side of the doors have light coming in and enough space for a small mice to get in,.
    What can I do to close these two small spaces?
    Winter is coming and these small critters will try to find any warm places for the winter and with piled up snow I will not have access to the shed till May. So if any small critter gets in it will cause a havoc in the shed.

    Thank you for this video! I was able to ditch the manual except for some hardware identification and the mirror orientation on the side panel (couldn’t see your orientation in the video). Had no one to help so it took about 6.5 hours. I too struggled with attaching the rear roof panel to the rear gable and rear roof cap. I stuck my screwdriver into the rear roof panel hole to give me leverage to pull it where it needed to go to align the holes. For the roof cap, I figured that the more you bend/fold it, the easier it is to align. You can even screw half of it in, then push up on it and screw in the rest. That was a lifesaver for me. Hope this helps someone

    This shed is the most annoying thing I have ever built. The parts are warped out of the box and NOTHING lines up. My son and I have to pull, push, and bend everything to get the screws in. Now we are stopped on the first roof panel because the edge of the wall and the front gable are anything but straight. I’m ready to tear it apart and haul the whole thing to the dump. It would have been a better investment to just purchase a prebuilt shed of this size and have it delivered versus all these holes off effort and can’t get the roof on.
    This guy has to be using brand new parts out of the factory. He does even hold the roof piece to put the screws in. Mine has a 1” gap between the roof slat and the truss so now what? Grrr…
    I have two storage benches and a trash bin from this company that I really like but after this shed, no more.

      Is your shelf at an angle or is it not lining up with the holes? If it's at an angle, you may need to adjust your brackets. If it's not lining up with the holes you don't need to align it directly to the holes, just close enough to keep it balance. If you have additional questions you can always reach out to our customer service experts. They can be reached at 800-225-3865 or by email at customercare@lifetime.com. Watching this video before assembly, I had a question - there's hardly any space for me to assemble the back gable as the shed will be on a concrete pad at the rear corner of the back yard. Does the front gable need to be done first or can we start at the back and then work our way to the front gable where the doors are?

    • @LifetimeProductsAssembly

      If you have no other option, you can start from the back. It will not effect the assembly of the shed.

    • @LifetimeProductsAssembly
      @LifetimeProductsAssembly  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The foundation is the cement or wooden platform that needs to go under the shed. The flooring is included but not the foundation. Since video is about the assembly of the actual shed it self, we do not go over the preparation for the foundation.

    Realistically how long does this take to put together straight out of the box? Do you need a second person to assemble? Does it have to be attached to a foundation or can it sit in the grass and be fine? The place I live has a cement slab but it is holding an old rusted shed I don't want to pay to remove their waste so I am wondering if it will work well and stay in place without attaching it to a foundation, thank you. Nice video, had me thinking I can do this solo but let's get real, so I know what I need to do before I order this since the store says it doesn't deliver, thank you.

    • @LifetimeProductsAssembly
      @LifetimeProductsAssembly  ปีที่แล้ว

      The amount of time it takes to build is based on you and your helper. It can take several hours or a couple of days. A second person is essential in some or all steps. Having a helper will ensure that thing align properly and it helps things stay in place. Foundation is required for all our sheds. A foundation will make things all stay in place and help with the longevity of the product.

    Anyone here had their's for a few years now?
    How well has it held up - especially the doors?
    Any bowing/cracking of the plastics happening?
    I've read other reviews saying you can't really rely on the warranty. Ideally I want this thing to last me like 20 years or more. Are my expectations realistic?

    Come 11:48 put the tube in my door because I dought you can do it that easy with mine

    • @LifetimeProductsAssembly
      @LifetimeProductsAssembly  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sometimes these square tubes can be tricky. Our first tip is inserting the square tube starting at the other end.
      If that doesn't work you can use a rubber mallet on the end of the tube. If that still doesn't work we recommend slightly enlarging the hole that the tube slides into. The final tip is turning the door right side up and hitting the tube on some concert to help it slide into the the opening on the door.
