He is playing a mod for d2 called project diablo 2. They have a mechanic for this mod where you can 'corrupt' items, and one of the results of corrupting and object is granting sockets. In this case, (either through hero editor or getting lucky) he corrupted the shield, and got max sockets for the base, which is 4

Love to hear hammerdin is alive in pd2 ,it will be my first season with pd2
Really good mapper on wide and open maps. Hard to use on narrow maps. But for sure one of the fastest cow map cleaner out there.
yeah its one of the best blood moon mappers in the entire game atm. However, it is only just "strong" everywhere else.

I did holy fire/zeal till a2 nightmare and then made the swap around 40ish

yeah its a scuffed item as i mention in the video. Should have 3. However, doesn't change anything. It has an extra Tir rune :D
