while i do agree with your opinion, i personally think iwaly had a bigger impact on mai as an idol. Rain on me showed that she was in fact talented and had what it took to become an idol but iwaly showcased that she is MORE than capable of being an amazing idol

Jungeun is crazy talented!She confirmed her debut during the entrance test , was 1st during the starting and finals! I still remember! I didn’t know anything about ILand 2 ,as I am an international imate! But I saw a reels on Instagram where Jungeun was hitting the drama highnotes I was so stunned to speak that a trainee can be this much good and stable! Absolutely deserves the first place!🙌🏻✨

The only confirmed members to me were: Jeemin and Sarang (both producer and fan favourite)
Mai and Saebi were producer picks. But Mai’s lack of talent had me some doubt. Saebi was never a one-pick favorite.
Koko gradually became a fan and producer fav because of her part 2 performances.
Jiyoon had so much evil editing and her attitude was also not really good at the beginning. But black label really gave her a character development arc
The company gave up on Jungeun when Korea started not supporting her. I had some apprehension about her since Korea is so hell-bent with visuals. But the international fans really saved her
i don't think Jiyoon's editing were evil at all! I think it made her more human and relatable. Like imagine knowing that you are good but your work was not being recognized, I too would be in a slump. But I get what you mean, there were some edits where it was unnecessary to add. Plus they really like to feed the Jiyoon and Jungeun drama hahaha
Vocally in panorama, saebi didnt really show much. Her facial exp was her strong weapon there.
personally i hadn't seen Mai in a final line-up till Fake it. Her voice seemed to me like sakura's one - very nasal, but in Fake it she just nailed

about Jimin - i didn't watch RU next, so here for me there were performances La vie en rose and Money (i think money is legeng of all i-land2)

I havent been contact with survival shows but when i first heard the drama performance and choi jungeun opened her mouth i instantly knew she was gonna debut, and her even ranking top 1??!! This is very shocking

Im so happy with the line up though its missing yuju sadly but she will debut in the future im sure of it. This is exactly how i wouldve said it too but for saebi i wouldve added rain on me because as soon as i saw her do the killing part my jaw dropped and thought yup this girl is debuting for sure. I cant wait to see izna do their first concerts im hoping to see drama team perform this again live it would be even more iconic especially with how they have grown throughout iland 2 more specifically Mai's vocals (which have significantly improved with more training) so to see that again would be a dream come true

Based on the rankings, Jungeun would MOST LIKELY be the CENTER as is COMMON in the final line-ups of most survival shows. However, if they decide to change that, Saebi or Jeemin could POTENTIALLY take the center position. I believe Saebi is the best fit. While Jeemin has strong charisma and stage presence, which are ideal for center parts, Saebi is a better performer overall. She not only sings and dances well but also has eye-catching visuals and strong stage presence. She’s also a better actor on stage than Jeemin. Saebi’s alluring vibe and aura are like a mix of IVE’s Wonyoung and KEPLER’s Xiaoting. She’s truly strong center material. However, it’ll depend on their group’s concept.
I feel like you've given wayyy too many positions to each one of them. They're all multi talented but we can't have so many positions and it would also be CRAZY for Jungeun to be leader AND center AND main vocalist!! Lead dancer on top of that is just delusional. I love her too but that's just insane let's be real.
In all seriousness it's unlikely they'll have actual positions or a dedicated center. Groups nowadays don't debut with assigned positions.

For example, Jungeun being Leader, Center, Main Vocalist, and Lead Dancer isn’t far-fetched. Many K-pop idols have held multiple major positions simultaneously (think of groups like SNSD or TWICE). The title of “Leader” doesn’t interfere with other roles; it’s more about guiding the group rather than performing. If Jungeun isn't the leader, then Mai would be the best fit for that role. Since she’s the eldest and not to mention her strong leadership skills. As for “Center,” it’s often based on visuals, charisma, and presence, not necessarily limiting someone’s ability to be a strong vocalist or dancer.
Also, Jeemin and Saebi being the possible center visual roles alongside their dancing and rapping duties is quite common in K-pop. Visuals often have additional skills that support the group’s dynamics.
In recent years, it’s true that some groups don’t debut with strict assigned positions, but many still do, especially when it comes to roles that highlight the members’ strengths. The positions assigned here allow IZNA to be versatile and competitive in various aspects, from vocals to performance to visuals.
Ultimately, these positions are about showcasing the best qualities of each member and ensuring that the group stands out in a highly competitive industry.
@@malyesa7676 Also, Jungeun being a lead dancer isn’t delusional-don’t underestimate her. If Sarang and Saebi weren’t in the group, she would be in the top 3 dancers in IZNA, alongside Koko and Jeemin. Jungeun's dancing skills are average for an idol dancer. However, since Sarang, Jeemin, and Saebi are part of the group, I’d exclude the lead dancer position from Jungeun. As for the leader role, they could have two leaders, like Kep1er and Fromis 9. If that’s the case, then Mai and Jungeun would be the best fit.

all these roles fit and are common for example fromis_9! and the new kpop groups who dont debut with assigned positions, they still fall into similar categories.
