@@AdelBondok That's a great philosophy. I would like to teach and illustrate one day too. Making the fundamentals easier to grasp is to the benefit of the patients. It makes no sense to die with the information in your head. Pass it on to the next generation of doctors.

Sir if Varicocele occurs in left side then why person become infertile although the right testis can perform normally with normal right venous plexus with completely separate setup of epididymus, vasdifference,even seminalvesicle etc till ejaculatory duct ?
Of course, bilateral varicocele will do the damage to the spermatogenic cells. Unilateral will affect the number of the sperms.
