I think fans that are looking for a really good Juggernaut piece and don’t want to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars this is a GREAT pick up. Not to mention most people don’t have the room to display the incredibly large pieces.

It seems to me all licensed sculptors like to make taller mutants hunched over instead of showing their true height and have the standing upward. For instance SS Juggernaut and gladiator Hulk.

@@marcila4 no some of these might be a challenge to find because they have been out for a while. I don’t think they have relaunched the line. They just keep adding to it. I think the only character they have done more than once is wolverine. I like all of them so far, but I wish they would do another storm statue, I really don’t like the one in the primmer line, also check out their Milestone line they have done a few x-men figures in that statue line too, but they are a bit more expensive than the premiere line.
That is why i like the light box because viewers are able to see the real color of the piece. Sometimes the camera can be a misrepresentation of the true color. I’m not as into the character so that did not stand out to me. But that withstanding. I think the paint looks good and is done well. Thanks so much for checking out the video.
Marko gets his powers from the Crimson gem of Cyttorak, and I've always liked his outfit reflecting that. So for me it should be a bright red almost ruby. The other problem is even in the light box the base looks one color. Maybe we aren't seeing it on screen but for me there should be a clear distinction between the dirt and stone. But if your happy with it that's all that matters! 👍
Great review. I'm a big fan of the Juggernaut character myself. I agree that he should be bigger as well. Not to nitpick, but I thought Professor X and Juggernaut were brothers, not Magneto. I might be wrong, but otherwise still a great review. What they're asking is a little rich for my blood, but I hope to own one like it one of these days. 👍🏾 Keep up the good work.
Thanks for checking out the video👊🏾 you are correct I miss spoke .I remember reading in an interview where Stan Lee had initially intended Magneto and Professor X to be brothers and that magneto was never originally suppose to be a bad guy.
I really don't understand why the Premier Statues are getting smaller. I own a lot of them but recently they are too small. Venom was huge, carnage much smaller, Miles Morales is tiny. If they keep on this path they will start to lose loyal collectors. Also, Juggernaut is supposed to be 8" taller than Magneto according to the Marvel Character Website. I was going to buy but I will pass after your review. I mean $200+ for a small statue. Keep up your reviews, they are always great.
Thanks so much for watching the reviews. I love diamond select statues, but the scale does bother me from time to time. For example i love the Legends in 3D but line. But they call it a 1/2 scale line. There is no way they are 1/2 scale. I actually like the size but they should be more accurate in the scale.
@@Dmdirmrjr33 that's not the point buddy. I got the Diamond Select Venom statue for 125$ plus 4 shipping less than 2yrs ago. The Venom statue has better paint apps, a huge base, and the venom statue is actually larger than this more expensive Juggs. This Juggernaut is a lost opportunity for diamond select to showcase what they could produce. This guy is way to small to fit within a xmen lineup, you'll have to look elsewhere and pay 2nd hand prices. Diamond select has been hit and miss lately, they knocked it out of the park with Iceman, but this juggs is a huge miss. A missed opportunity...

Many of the other Juggernaut statues that have been released have him too oversized IMO. He shouldn't be a giant. At least this statue gave him some semblance of a neck!
Ya but you have to take into consideration that magneto and ice man are high up like iceman is sliding on a sheet of ice to that’s why he’s bigger and magneto is suppose to be in the air so technically they would be higher then the juggernaut so I don’t see a really problem there

Oh I love your content I always watch I love that you do the diamond select pieces cause I feel they always get shit on I mean there quality isn’t always tip top but they still produce great statues and videos like yours up the value in them cause you show that statues like that still hold value so thanks for doing that cause I collect diamond select premier collection statues and it’s nice to know I’m collecting something that holds some value but yes I do agree tho they could have made juggernaut at least 15 inches or 16 but I still love it and I know iron studios has an 11 inches juggernaut also

As always, great review. Your channel started my collection and I appreciate you reviewing "accessible" statues. Unfortunately I think this was a huge disappointment. Juggernaut is known for his size, and this guy is simply to small. That said, I got the DIAMOND SELECT VENOM after I seen your review. That Venom is larger, has better paint, and has a super detailed base, plus cost almost half. This is not a good direction Diamond Select is heading.

He’ll probably scale better with the Deadpool trio, those came out a little smaller than the rest of the DST line. Will be getting this piece.

The sculpture did great. The problems I have is the size and color. It is too dark and flat.

I agree. Perhaps I am just accostomed to seeing him mad as he'll rather than this version of him on Seroquil. So, on a positive note this is unique.
The scale is off, but it's the best Juggernaut statue you will find for the price.
