Human body mostly can heal it self of course psychotic symptoms like hallucinations etc need medication in severe cases but counselling is more important for long term efficacy and proper functioning of human mind without being addicted to so called drugs which make people zombies most of the times.

Someone did this thing to my brother back in 2018, before that he was perfect in everything, used to pray 5 times a day and tahajjud too. We saw him going into darkness helplessly, everyone in my family offer prayers Alhamdulillah. Do morning and evening adkhar, do your 5 times prayer. Read surah baqarah daily without fail and listen to adhan minimum 30 minutes continuously from TH-cam. Also remove the taweez it’s shirk and won’t help you. If you don’t help yourself and connect to Allah no one can help you.

let me tell you few things from my own experience and getting out of it all. first things first my brother take off this taveez. this is also form of magic called soft magic. if you still have the urge write one yourself and then wear it.....then start reading surah e bakrah every day even if few pages .also everyday play the recitation in your house on full volume. everynight in your room and in your mom's play the recitation of surah e bakrah on headphone doesn't matter if full volume or slow just leave it close to you. everyday after fajar and maghrib prayer do the daily zikars if forget at these times do them at any time you remember. don't eat or drink from any stranger or people you think are not your well wishers. eat kalwanji every day 3, 5 or 7 seeds. do the sunnah way of sleeping and read all the duas. close your doors and everything at maghrib and stay inside after maghrib till isha. when close the door say ahuz billa complete. stay away from music as much as you can. do some exercise everyday. top of all that stay clean and pray all the fard namaz and quran everyday. these things can only hurt you when you are not doing anything to protect yourself. trust in Allah. when you do all your zikars and protective duas the angels protect you and these things can't be there where angels are. Alhamdulilah to be a muslim to know these things my brother. do ruqiya on yourself and your family. Allah will protect you. always and forever
