Garbage piling up in Central Indiana neighborhoods

I was on hold with them 3 times and was disconnected. Then I sent an email as per the website. NEVER received a response. Was calling about my mothers trash that hadn’t been picked up in 4 weeks. She is 81 years old and doesn’t need this added stress. From Morgan County Indiana. My Brother finally got through to someone and they blamed the delay on employees quitting and having to bring workers in from Chicago. Seems they keep changing their excuses every week.
