im sorry but this kinda ruins the whole point of ddlc, monika doesn’t love mc just because the game revolves around him the point of the game is that they all canonically actually love mc, i know this isn’t supposed to be canon but still it just bothers me
I'm sorry if I have you confused but you're right, Monika has no feelings for MC. The only reason she wants to be around him because he's the only connection to the player. Having Himari around MC only gets in Monika's way if she ever needs to contact the player just like the original game.
