Haha Norea is strong, but not ridiculous like Nikken or Frederick. Finally a problem I would have a shot against, haha, and it still looked great while filming! Cheers for a great video :)
yeah its hard to find more people like Nikken And Fredrik, they are on another level :) Norea is one level below these guys i would say, she has always been super strong but shes been injured alot during her career. Hopefully that its in her past now :)
I kind of feel it makes it more interesting, to see her stretch for the grips and not just dyno through. Not that dynoing isn't cool, but this is a different world of climbing.
I'm pretty new to bouldering and have been getting a fair few blisters. Is it worth taping them up or should I just power through to toughen up my hands ?
What really helped me in the beginning was handcreme handcreme handcreme afterwards and occasional taping when I felt like. They will thoughen up, you'll see
naa we dont, there is not much Slabs problems outside, so its never that much slopers inside either. Its all crimps, so when we go to font, all our wrist dies ^^
+Eric Karlsson Bouldering haha I can imagine that.. always interesting to see different styles in countries. :) but didn't you say that the la sportiva legends only routesetters work in your gym? they should be able to set a variation of modern competition style ;)
its pretty darn hard, the moves up to the big hold are okey, but holding that big sloper is very hard, it seems either you have the power or not, most of the guys and girl that have tried it says its more around 7c, since that one move is so hard. Its hard to really showcase how hard something is, that is what im trying to do everyday, to give it an honest grasp of difficulty, When Rustam climbed Hypnotized minds, possibly the hardest problem in the world a V16, it looked like a V4, scary easy. Just very hard to show how hard something is, when the climber moves perfect between the holds :)
Love the bouldering but your editing is a bit over the top. It's difficult to see the actual climbs when it's all clips between slo-mo, strange angles, accent shots and constant cuts, all layered with some permutation of dubstep. Just my two cents!
Now, I'm not exactly convinced that you can simply generalise the appearance of all Scandinavian girls like that...but if all the women you know look like her, then you sir are a very fortunate man indeed :D

Tape them mate. Your hands will toughen up anyway if you climb allot :)

Hi eric, how often do the setters change the boulders?
They change it often monday-friday, so 5 times a week :)
oh wow that's pretty fast! so how long does a single problem stays on the wall in average? 2 weeks?
Does it help to tapp your wrist because my wrist wont stop hurting when im climbing slopers
the best thing you can do is take a break and stretch it out
Rested on and off for 1 month so rest doesnt cut it
it helped for me
thats because your wrist isnt strong enough, try training on a little easier slopers and normally you should be getting stronger
take a break and train your antagonists afterwards.. if you don't know how, ask a PT ;)
