Nitecore TM12K Flashlight Kit Review! (12,000 Lumens!)

- Here is the all new/brand new Nitecore TM12K flashlight kit. Nitecore uping the technology from the TM10K. Same design and features but with now 12,000 lumens burst mode. This is sporting six Cree XHP50.2 LEDs for an incredible flood beam performance for its size. The OLED will always let you know the status of your battery, runtime and temp of the light. The display is easy to read in day or night conditions. This is setup for EDC or tactical applications if desired. The USB Type C charging system can be quickly charged via QC 3.0 or PD chargers within about 1.5 hours from 30% battery level. The UI is easy. The high level of this light can be adjusted but I may increase it as I use it more to 1200 lumens verses the default 1000 lumens. The two-stage unique two stage lock out is a plus for safety. Great review! This is made for law enforcement and tactical purposes. That 12,000 lms is enough to disorient an attacker or perp. The 2,000 lms is plenty bright enough to see what you are doing in a room or around a corner. I think this light is a great option for its intended purpose.

It's tempting, but I have the TM9K which is insane enough for now. I'll hold out for the TM20k. I figure that will be out within a couple years. 😆

I purchased a handful of the early LED lights at only 120 lumens and thought what the heck I have! (Circa 2005-ish)
This is 100 times brighter! Just not a fan of "moonlight" and burst modes.

What a shame flashlight manufacturers aren't making holsters that sit horizontally on a belt , instead of having the flashlight stab you in the hip leg area , especially when sitting in or getting in or out of vehicles , its easier to push this flashlight out too that way, faster and you could even have the charger lead plugged in while it's in a horizontal holster , I had a holster you could wear horizontal or vertical , brkiant low production cost idea I thought

Why do Nitecore love to pump out high lumens for 7 secs then the high is only 1000 with poor candela. I would prefer 5000 lumens that can hold it for a period of time.
I love Nitecore, P20ix, MH25s, P30i or all amazing but these high outputs suck.
Actually, high is 1200 lumens and can be adjusted up to 2000 lumens if desired. I will adjust mine to 1500 lumens later on after playing with it for a while longer. Thanks for watching!

@@Studat Chart is by default but user can change up to 2000 on high. I have it on 1200 and may increase it to 1500 as I use it more to see how it goes.
@@CharlesBridgTec still no throw. Not a fan of this one of nitecores high output torches. The Fenix LR35r to hold 10k for some time.
Yes, the LR35R holds 10k for 35 seconds but slowly cycles down from there, plus TM12K is smaller with more LEDs.
