Having been to most of these I have to say it was great 're-viewing' them, thank you. My favourite is the Villa Borg, it's a fabulous place to visit and you can even 'dress' as a Roman to have lunch should you wish. Watch out for their version of chicken though, left something to be desired 🙂
Need to visit it, I am at few km from Perl....What a shame for my Roman instruction !! promises next year i will go ! My 8 years old daughter will be passionated, as me by roman period, by this visit ! seems possible to eat Roman menu at the Borg villa restaurant ? SPQR Aeternia ! thanks for sharing : )
We in the west are a sad shadow of the standards and culture established by the Romans. Our cultures and technology are lineally descended from this rootstock, but we cant do things half as well.
@@CrackCatWantsPat A slave in the Roman empire was a different thing to what you consider a slave to be. We have billions of them by Roman standards. They would see no difference between your mexican maid and his Assyrian slave girl.
@@Whit-mh9nt What a wild take, we don't have chattel slavery anymore. Saying that being a maid today is as bad as being chained and forced to work in a mine until death is just crazy.

Seeing that TV in there just killed the vibe. It just doesn't belong.
Nice!. Thx for the tour!. ❤️ from Michigan, USA!.
Sono italiano, bellissimo costruzione della villa romana!😍
Magnifique! Grand Bravo! Grand Merci!
Classic Roman genius and style.

It resembles but lacks the quality of the details. Those colors seem flatter (not as rich) than the Pompeii villas.

Bello! 😃
When did we start painting walls in ONE boring color, and why?
When we started hanging tapestries and paintings
Lack of slaves with painting skills?
When we started worrying more about resale value.
And floors … and ceilings …??
Cost
Gorgeous!!!
Thank you for showing us roman style villa
Beautiful 😍

Those mosaics are fabulous, I have done and tile is difficult to cut and I don’t see how they did that.
In Austria they do the same kind of reconstruction, check Carnuntum, Italians really must check it this out...
Any way you look at it.....Stylish, colourful, simple, sophisticated.
All It has been rebuild. Good work.
GENIAL!!!!!
I want a house like this. Smaller.
The mosaic is gladiator games and hunting…. Imagine that!🤔
Wow.
They really did live in luxury even by today's standards.
Amazing.
Very similar to the Pompeii ruins so very plausible.

Why showing almost this woman with baby??
MAYBE BECAUSE IS THE THE TH-camR WIFE?
Vila invasion better than mosque invasion
....or "church" invasion of any kind.

I wanted to watch the details of a Roman Villa… not someones wife and baby in every shot. Also, awful music…So annoying..!
Why are you bothered by a lady and her baby? They don't bother you in the video, you can see a family visit and that's nice.
@@oscarberolla9910 If I wanted to watch someone else’s family, I would go to Facebook .… This is TH-cam..!

This MASKED person walking around with something stuck to her chest is ruining the whole video.
little too perfect for my taste, Reconstitutuion should be done with rhe same tools and technology. You are just using the design, This is SO FAKE!
Musica horrible
Ese trapo en la cara🙆♀️
