Great review, I read this book recently and also really enjoyed it, the beginning with the killer hooked you in right away, I did think the first couple chapters after the prologue were slower but then it picked right back up and was a fun ride to the end.
Yeah, this one made me a fan. His latest, Black River Orchard, is one of my favorite horror books of all time.

It was good, i dunno if it's quite as good as said here. I'm guessing this guy doesn't watch much Netflix since this is basically the same plot as 30% of the movies on there 😅. Not super original BUT very well written. And very true that it's hard to put down.
Thirty percent is probably an exaggeration. More like I can think of at least six movies with the exact same plot. Still though, very good and worth your time.
Well, you're right that I don't watch Netflix and not that many movies in general. So maybe my perception is different than those who do.
The thing I like about about any book are the various opinions people have towards them. There's no way for anyone's opinion to be wrong because that's the way they feel. But I do love hearing what others see in the same book I've read that I might have missed! 👍🤘🍻
