Hair care brands put a thing in shampoo to make it foam up to make you think it is washing your hair better, the foamyness doesn't actually do anything it just makes you think it works better. (It isn't the best for your hair) I sound like I know what im talking about but actually I just heard Brad Mondo say it. LMAO xx

Yes omg olaplex is the best thing I’ve bought for my hair, I used to use no 3 and you we your hair, then leave it in for 10 minutes then wash it off then use shampoo and conditioner and atm I’m using no 6 and you use it after you’ve washed your hair you just use a little bit and rub it in then blow dry and omg my hair is in such good condition xx
My mum uses sulphate free shampoo because she dyes her hair!😍 It’s so much better for you hair. I’ve been using Pantene recently and I absolutely love it💗

the foaming in shampoo isn’t the worst for the hair but it’s also not good like a lot of people think :-) a lot of people will say “oh this lathers a lot so it’s a good shampoo” but that’s not the case at all- it can sometimes just make it easier to get the shampoo distributed better though

when i dyed my hair brown on top of my bleach blonde hair a couple years ago i stopped using sulphate shampoos and started using shampoos specifically used for coloured hair to stop my dye from fading!
