Awesome stuff. I can't believe how close that guy got to smacking the wall with the back of his jeep. Lucky.

Unfortunately the trail will be closed to motorized traffic at the end of this month until next summer.

This trail starts off of highway 14 north of Mojave as it goes through Red Rock Canyon the GPS for the entrance gate is:
    Lat: 35°22'39.31"N
    Lon: 117°57'55.44"W
Plug these into Google Earth and you can find your bearings from there. Remember this trail is only open the last two weks of the month and only from July thru January. It is a fun and scenic trail with a few cool obstacles thrown in or the challenge.
    Enjoy,
    pans4au

Drowning that engin is a great excuse to now put a 4bt in it, and a snorkle.

      Hi Frank,
This trail is in California's Red Rock State Park in the El Paso Mountains. The trail head GPS is: ( 35°22’38.98”N, 117°57'55.78"W ). This trail has now been closed by the park temporarily but that has been going on three years at least. I don't expect it to reopen anytime soon if ever. It's too bad cause it is a fun trail with some interesting geology and views. You can still hike the trail.
