All my family comes from a Ukrianian community in Canada but as a first generation after my parents moved away I never got to learn cossack/ Ukrainian dance…… UNTIL NOW! Лучше поздно чем никогда! I'm trying to learn the normal hopak that you showed in your other tutorials. I only did the warmup and the squating on my toes for a couple of minutes for a few days and my knees hurt. Is this normal? Or in other words can it be dangerous if you're not a slav that is used to squating all day. (I'm German from Bavaria)
