I gotta commend you on riding flat boring Kansas. That would be pure torture, straight roads, flat land, more straight roads, no scenery except wind turbines. Guess it was a good thing you were on your bike, or you would have fallen asleep. Dang that looked boring as all get out! I enjoyed the guest narrator, hope he was paid well for his services. I do believe you entered into that dimension, of space and time, known as the Twilight Zone. You came upon Colorado, you could not see the Rockies, but they were there...in the Twilight Zone. Loved the video, and makes me really bummed you were not able to complete your planned adventure on the west coast. Ride as much as you can get away with and stay safe in Ye Olde Kentucky. Lol, Kansas, I live in northern Utah and have traveled to Russell ks. Kansas has increased the speed limit I do believe since my first trip. It's 80 mph in most of Utah on the freeway. Yeah for us!
I haven't looked at my footage yet, (foreshadowing my further hatred og Gopro)...but west Texas looks a lot like Kansas except browner. I love the narration!
Yo dope video man! I laughed out loud at the 'scenic overlook' stop. Nice to see someone else ripping around on the XC. I just picked up a 2016 XC a few weeks ago (made a couple videos on it) and I love it. I am riding from Utah up to Yellowstone in a couple weeks. What windshield did you use on this trip?
I’ll have to check it out! The XC definitely lives up to its name on big trips like this. The windshield is a WindVest, I believe a 10"? It was one of the many that came with the bike when I bought it so I don’t know the exact measurement.

Kansas looks exciting...lol. I've driven across Kansas and lived in Kansas...the wind is brutal. Ride safe. 👍👊🇺🇸

You're going to have more Kansas in Colorado until you get west of Denver and up into the foothills and beyond 😁
