With her Bond CE, she gets 300% Extra Attack bonus, or 4x. Base Extra Attack multiplier is 350%, which gets reduced by half from her skill so 175%, which I assume is true even if it hits one enemy. So it's 700%; the Buster First Card and Same Card bonus is 70%, bringing it up to 1190%. Extra Attacks don't gain Face Card bonuses so it's better to bring ATK buffs.
I was so baffled when I suddenly saw the post on X and also first thought it’s fake. Well as a huuuge Arc fan I had to roll and even though she took almost all of my savings I could get one copy 🥰
Hmm i think she should be really good shes a 50%NP(30+20) charger , her append skill priority probably will be kinda weird (IMO it should be 1-5-4-2-3),also if you count her passive and her skill 2 she should have a self50% buster and arts for 3 turns in darkness battlefield considering this she should be a great pair with Louhi in multicore setup,they work really well with each other.
Wait, does this mean that against a single enemy, it's better to not use her 2nd skill? An additive 100% Extra Attack is not worth reducing your overall Extra Attack by half. If you do not use her 2nd Skill, her Extra Attack, with Buster First Card and Same Card bonuses, does 1800% instead of 1200%.
Yes, Louhi is permanent, I think they made her permanent because they planned Arc to be the last limited x-mas unit and they did not want to end the year with two limited servants, we also did not get a permanent Zerk since Galatea.
