A good setup chapter. It's crazy only a handful of months have passed in the story. It really does feel so much longer

So what I got from this chapter is that Satan is essentially…… Dead
His Ego was dispersed meaning his personality and sense of self was basically destroyed, and his physical body is gone meaning he’s basically back to the way he was before Yuri found him.
He’s just pure power now… He’s gone………
I honestly kinda feel bad for him. When I read the chapter where he was havibg flashbacks throughout his entire life, I literally burst into tears in front of everyone in the cafe I was reading in.
I don’t know why, but something about his story just didn’t seem fair to me, like, it was almost too heartbreaking. I don’t know, that’s just how I felt about it. Maybe others feel differently. I don’t really care.
On another note: I think the Author of Blue Exorcist made Shiemi 18 years old so that she could she could showcase Rin and Shiemi getting more intimate or something like that. So maybe Rin and Shiemi are gonna sleep together or something…? I dunno

i watched the 1st season what feels like forever ago. pretty sure i seen it on Netflix when the anime 1st dropped. waited for awhile for season 2 and i guess i just lost intrest
