Naan ingredients:
Warm water - ½ cup
Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
All purpose/plain flour 2 cups
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Some topping ideas for naan:
Sesame seeds
Coriander
Butter or ghee
Garlic butter
Red chilli flakes

Temptating naan.. but if you dont have gas stove, then its difficult to get puffed up naan. Electric stove wont give this beautiful naan. My experience. Or do u have any suggestion How to make naan on the electric stove?
