ISO Class 7 Modular PIR Cleanroom Build.

Monmouth installed this ISO Class 7 modular self-supporting cleanroom in Ireland in Q1 2017. Installed over a 6 week period, the room measured 25m x 8.5m and 4m internal high. It was built around an existing overhead gantry crane.
The system had both a personnel step over area with washing facilities and a materials transfer area. Both of which having interlocking electrically controlled sliding doors. An internal office and fire escapes were also included.
A lux level of over 800 was achieved using the latest LED surface mounted lighting.
Full validation was carried out including pressure differentials, particle counts and recovery rates.

That's a brilliant clean room build. Looks to be 8mtrs high and I'd estimate 721 cubic meters. Well done to all involved.
