My dear brother, river BYAS has shown it's actual width. Nature is trying to teach lesson to human that do not construct on the bed of river. Himalaya is a new and fragile mountain. It has not built by lava flow which is strong like iron. Himalaya has been build by force of two tectonic plates thus it has huge dust, small stones,mud,rubbish and other varieties of material. There is always a chance of land slides,stone dislocation etc. As the entire material is loosely bonded. Please be very careful while you are going to construct a house. A soil testing, choise of land, deep foundation, distance from rivers, water fall and other parameters. It is very shocking situation. We the bengali, do love Himachapradesh like our second home. In our W. Bengal flood is normal and wash out many village in every year. But it is a plane land. May god give yourselves strength to overcome the situation. With love. Thanks.
