My poison comps were taking so long that I replaced Ife with Aoilin and it cut like 10-20 turns. Honestly this is so scuffed, I might as well completely ignore it.
This may catch many off guard... but I saw one of the fastest runs first days were from a poison comp consisting of Medjed.... with a staggering amount of attack ups.
@@jimm.s.4131 the rare shimmer esper, Medjed Layla. She can cleanse and transfer debuff from ally to enemy team. She relies on pure atk damage, so easily 0 crit build for good raw dps. Plus, her poison stacks are by default 3 turn and 2 turn poisons. I wish DaddyF2P tries it so I don't have to invest.
Poison teams are still quite slow. This is hardly a fix lol. It’s more a Tevor buff. This game is officially called Tevorlyte. Happy he got buffed but literally every content in the game revolves around having him.
Pretty sure the 150% HP dmg from minioms dying was the intended effect, but was bugged to not exceed a full HP bar. So what they did was fix a bug, and add an exception for R2 Tevor's to join in one the exploitation strat. They didnt "optimize" anything. Random crits are still so annoying and gate so many impactful espers from the fight. The first two waves are still a circus of RNG.
I agree that I wish they would've gone with the poison mechanic as the main theme for this, but the I definitely appreciate the update overall. Prior to this change was horrible.
@daddyF2P ... CAN YOU PLEASE write to the dislyte team and suggest a team of players, including yourself, to suggest changes and adjustments to the game to improve it better. Idk if yall will wanna do it free of charge ... but something has to give.
Not sure if it's possible, but does Chalmers R4 have the same effect as Tevor's green mark, when it triggers. Would it count a HP bar as max, like Ollie, or the total bars as max HP. If so, could Chalmers work as a FTP Tevor, with uncapped % damage. Mine's not in a position to test this though.

Without tevor or Hilda it‘s kinda impossible because my Laura is at R2 so she wont get enough ap with her s1 to constantly have the shield ready even with ocean waves
So they actually nerfed Andras... Doesant matter becasue its exactly the same for me. Never landing my poisons and one shotting everything in first two turn cycles....Boss is still trash.
Oh they fixed it? I can't even survive Andras 16 cuz his followers keep on attacking 5 times that my Tevor dies easily and my Supports can't keep up. Also taking note from my experience even with crit resist Andras and his minions actually always crits unlike when I don't have a buff for crit resist. I'm frustrated and not having fun.
Part of me wants to say the "Espers Can't Crit the Boss" adjustment was made mostly for the Whales because this fight originally punishes them for greeding and pulling for R2-R6 Tevors. He now can work in the fight regardless of resonance level
Espers have a base 10% chance to crit, so no. This basically removed all multi hitters from viability before, whereas now you can use them. Yes it helps r2 tevor, but wanting to have a lower reso is just not good regardless of what you think of him or the reso system. But overall thats not the primary reason for the change.
I'm not amazed this "fix" is more directed to a more p2w strategy... Tbh I just want to be able to blitz this shit! If they reduced the requirements and poison resistance (even if slightly) I'll this small W.
Gotta say, the moment I saw how good Tevor performed in this all my joy for new content and trying out comps just died... This "fix" enabling tevor even more just adds to the disappointment 😶

Unfair as usual, this patch should have been applied after the first season, now all previous ranking are trash, and of course I have to say BB to my second place in andras.... Wasted hours to find the perfect tuning.. 1.37 best run... All going to waste

Andras' self damage from summoning adds is 150%HP exactly from my testing.

6:52 from 77% to 20% yellow hp bar when Andras used its skill. So probably after that is the poison damage calculation that kills it.
