Connecting flight is same company u can bring it in trichy itself… if different company, then you have to identify your luggage to shift from that flight to another

1:30 -2.00 hrs before poradu better bro… u can visit all the places in airport if time is there…u can use lounge also if available
Will airport authority ask for vaccination cert or PCR test result to enter Indian airport? Some say PCR Test needed before boarding international flights in India .
Nowadays that rule is relaxed… but based on the countries we are going to travel we have to take vaccination or PCR test and it will mentioned while booking flight ticket
