How to practice this with a 7mo who doesn't like the process of being wrapped on the back yet?? He settles once I get a practice back carry finished, but he's unhappy during the whole process. Is arms out the best way to approach practicing this step?
Anastacia Trejo Yes! It feels so natural to bend over and yet it causes so many issues...which just naturally make you want to bend over even more! It’s a tough habit to break.

Thank you. I have literally been bending over to get baby on back and had such a hard time making a seat.
