Hello kabayan, my four months as PA at Walmart in BC was challenging especially for me. I have zero experience. I'm on my 10th month now. I agree with all your tips. I have learned a lot working in a Pharmacy. I am applying for BC PNP so I applied to an independent pharmacy and lucky to be hired because it's nust 13 mins walk from my apartment
OMG. I am currently in my four months now as PA here in BC, and grabe ang mental breakdown ko as in, Struggle din ako sa workmates ko, na parang pinaparamdam sakin na super wala akong alam. huhu
Hi! Same sentiments po. Working as a pharmacy assistant din po sa Ontario. Going 2 months pa lang po ako & the struggle is very real. Countless crying moments after every duty and naisipan na din po mag-quit dahil na din sa work itself at hirap pakisamahan ng workmates 😢 But thank you so much po for being an inspiration especially yung tip nyo po to keep going ❤ Would always keep that in mind. Totoo yang the struggle is real. Until now minsan hirap pa rin ako. Pero kaya yan. Kakayanin para sa future. Good luck din po ❤❤❤
Same here. Practicum pa lang po ako for 3 weeks. Mabait sana ang mga puti at chinese kung kasama but may nagiisang pilipina lang na ang lakas maka isip ng bobo. Nakakawala ng confidence. Kung makaturo gusto nya kuha mo agad kasi sya walang experience alam na nya dahil tinuro daw sa school. Online kasi ako talagang struggle is real. Ang sabi pa sa akin " nag aral ka ba te" tapos patawa tawa pa kung magkamali ka. Iba iba ang way nila sa Kroll but the same output naman sana kaya ako nalilito pero gusto nya yung way nya kaya nabablanko ako. Tapos bawat basta sambit o tanong ko mali na agad ang tingin nya. Di nya ako pinapakinggan. Eh, pag may sinasabi sya yun din naman ang ibig kung sabihin. Nakakaiyak. Parang gusto ko nang mag quit. Bobong bobo na talaga ako sa sarili ko. Kaya kahapon di ko na natiis sinabihan ko na sya na wag naman nya akong laging pagtawanan kasi di ako kasing talino nya.😢

I am a fully registered pharmacist in my country with nearly 5 years post-graduate experience, I applied to KAPS of Australia and passed it, lodged my EOI to the Australian DHA and waiting for any good news from them in the months to come or hopefully in the near future. I am so keen as well on migration to Canada. I want to travel as a pharmacist and make my knowledge assessment as a pharmacist, but I heard it is so competetive and high points and money demanding and if I travelled as a pharmacy assistant it is gonna be much easier, cheeper and less points demanding. My question is : How can I migrate to Canada as a pharmacy assistant and what is the process, in detail, by which I can apply ?

Is it better to do equation for pharmcist assistant or just working as techinction as a salary for for better? I’m asking as pharmasict assistant with one year experience but not with privite pharmacy which is a something I’m afraid with coz dealing with patient or answeing phone calls I didn’t do it before

Hello thank you po 😊 yes it’s easier to apply in retail pharmacy. Im not sure if may pharmacy assistant sa hospital. Usually mga tech or pharmacist lang. i may be wrong po. Pero based on my experience di pa po ako nakakita ng hiring na pharmacy assistant sa hospital.
How much is the bank of statement para makapagwork sa canada as solo.

Hi! Wala po ako reading materials. Talagang ginawa ko lang yung best ko na matutunan yung system nila tapos nag tuloy tuloy na po. Nakatulong yung pagiging Pharmacist sa Pinas or kung PA sa Pinas makakatulong din po. Kasi at least alam po natin yung mga gamot kahit papaano. 😊 tyagain lang po talaga. Kung ano ituturo sa inyo kelangan tandaan nio talaga. 😊
