They need to rework Colossus and Domino in this season
Doubt domino ever gets a rework but Collosus for sure needs one. Should be a 6/11 imo with his same ability. Domino could be a 2/4. Since you’re forced to draw her she makes drawing the actual good cards more difficult so giving her a premium stat line would make sense.
Or at the very least some awesome variants

Ideas for domino: #1 ongoing, cards here cannot be destroyed or lose power but make her 3 cost
#2 ongoing, this card cannot be destroyed/ discarded
#3 this card is always the target for + power abilities and can't be reduced, would pair really well with gwenpool
Make Colossus a 6/11 with current ability
I feel like a lot of people are ignoring a really awesome point on Copycat.
Her ability triggers on DRAW.
She's going to steal text from your opponents card, giving you valuable Intel, but then you don't even have to play her. If it's a bad ability for you, no worries, they have no idea they aren't going to draw a card they may need, you know their deck, and you have zero drawbacks

@@lphipps1986 That doesn't matter at all. You get a 3/5 which is already a strong stat line with a possibly powerful effect. Like the only times she is bad is against like shuri decks
Domino Buff Idea for the season - 2/3 Random effects always target this card first. (Not card generation)
This means she always gets hit by cards like iron heart, moon knight, gambit, lockjaw, etc. They could also change a few cards such as cable to pull randomly.
However, she will not be always generated by Loki, and she won’t always be generated by Maria Hill.
Let loki generate it. Making her a tech card vs loki match-ups.

Hydra Bob will definitely be good it's basically a 5 power that will always be valuable since if you're losing he moves AFTER and in end turn it's mostly will win you the game.
Might be the case that it doesn't add the power to her but why would they call it drain instead of afflict?
There will be cases where you're winning Bob's location by just a bit and losing another location a ton, where Bob will move to that location to lose you the game.
@@chazzerine7650 he only moves if you’re losing the lane so that scenario is impossible.
He's not like Cpt Marvel though so he won't necessarily move to a lane that make you win, he could just jump on the only lane you are already winning so we will have to force him by filling it and giving him only one choice. Nonetheless, he will definitely help to mitigate those 50/50 calls on the last turn.
Could you imagine, you play Copycat on a empty location and it copies Galactus from your opponents deck

@@kushagrawal8307 That would only be true if he only moved after game ends. Him moving out of losing locations makes it harder to fight for them during the game. (Also, he might move out before Mysterio reveals, but that is quite niche interaction)

How are you getting all that power to the board on turn 6 man..?
Wong + Black Panther + Zola seems like much more reliable way to gain power.

@@pelld.indestructible4439as an avid Surfer player, no way am I running that. I'm taking out Wong for Gwenpool. Okoye, Nakia, Gwenpool, Sera, Surfer + Shaw and Brood.
One more thing that might be true for Cassandra Nova is since she "drains" power and does not afflict like the toxic cards we have in game at the moment, there is a chance her drain effect is not affected by Luke Cage 👀
I don't think so, it would be really counterintuitive and word-picking. Yugioh kind of bad. Let's hope not.
Also gonna throw this out there. Add Cassandra Nova to the Darkhawk package? A 3/9 seems pretty feasible.
CN in a Rocks deck would make her potentially bigger than a 3/7, and give them a bunch of -1 rocks.
Bob from Hydra my beloved getting some love. Really solid card too. Could easily slot into the tiny movers deck.

Cassandra Nova is going to be one of most op cards out of all op cards. Gonna be the next silver surfer or Thanos or freaking high Evo thing. Literally is going to be outright disgusting especially if she gains that power with an absorbing man too. I would just retreat honestly lol
Hand/Deck buff. Curve out Okoye, Nakia, Gwenpool, Black Panther, then variable turn 6. Like Shaw + Cosmo/Armor or whatever you get buffed
I think "drain" is just a thematic word for "afflict", because if it *did* add "drained" Power to Cassandra, the text would be more explicit about it (there would be a menion of "this" or "this card" for example).
if they meant afflict they would write afflict, why overcomplicate?
drain is drain, you remove from one place and put in another

Plus, the ability has no mention where the "drained" Power would go (something SD is very explicit about), meaning it likely is drained into the figurative oblivion.
@@antekacki8753 No, it was confirmed by dataminers that she does add the drained power to herself. also if she didnt she would just be a worse scorpion.

You give rocks to oponnent and make then -1 with cassandra for additional power for her

Love all these cards. They add a bunch of new dimensions to the game. They're gonna be gamebreaker wildcards if they stay the way they are now when they ship.
Assuming Copycat does not reveal to the opposing player when she is drawn, that seems like a very powerful scouting ability. Just make sure you snap before playing her down, because the opposing player will immediately know which card in their deck they will never get. Maybe it's a late game card with the power to justify the bad rng.

I'm not a big comics/marvel person. I play Snap because I like the gameplay not the characters. Gwenpool actually does have a special place in my heart though, the way that first run of her comics ended was genuinely impactful in a way super hero stuff usually isn't. Happy to see her in the game.

WOW, that Cassandra Nova looks WAY OP. You play Korg on turn 1, Rockslide on 2, and you have 3 extra cards on your opponents deck to feed Cassandra. CRAZY! 👀
Those 3 rock has no power so she won't have anything to drain

@@MarcioHuser Yea, there is nothing in Snap that treats 0 power as any limit (unlike 0 cost, where Mr.Negative wont give you Hood for -3 mana), so the rock idea seems solid.

if Cassandra Nova works with rock slide and Korg she'll be insanely broken, imagine just giving her +3 or more power from the rocks while giving the oponent -1 power rocks

Gwenpool has great synergy with discard in the same way that Strong Guy does. Corvus Glaive / Apocalypse seem pretty synergistic with her, for example.

@@bigwave1713 not really because there are so many cards that can abuse that +2 Power and you can build decks to abuse it
I bet my ass she wont. She would make sebastian shaw on average a 10+ card by default.
@@bigwave1713 If you do it correctly, you will have 3 cards in your hand at turn 4. If one of these is sebastian shaw, you have an effective 10 power, cost 3 card on your hand and she will give effective 10 power. Thats a 4 cost, 14 power card effectively.

Cassandra can open a new arc type and evolution of Dark Hawk. Instead of DH and mystique you can run her and absorbing man and yet use rocks

Hydra Bob is an instant snag. Can’t wait since he’s like Silk and Captain Marvel wrapped into one
Wow, Ajax is your worst pick? For me he seems one of the best. Flood deck with hazmat. Leave 2 spots on different locations open for your final turn. Magik for turn 7, upping the chance for a full field and allowing you a 7 energy turn. Then Ajax and Mystique for dropping 2 above 20 power cards, when your opponent has a bunch of afflicted junk clogging up their zone. Those 20+ power cards also avoid shang chi, cuz with your own junk, you likely lose initiative that turn. Add Enchantress to avoid the one giant glaring weakness, and you have something pretty viable.
Very odd that Gwenpool is the Season Pass card for a Deadpool season when she's actually got nothing to do with Deadpool!

Tad sad we didnt get Dogpool, but then again there's a chance that will be one of the variants for Deadpool proper. So fingers crossed!

Cassandra Nova is interesting since, even if they use Luke Cage she would still get the power up
Can't wait for the cards to launch as busted as they are, then spend few months of resources into acquiring them when they finally show up in spotlights, only for them to be nerfed into an okish card soon after.

Okay, you sold me on Copycat. I also didn't realize her ability happens on draw, not on reveal which definitely makes her pretty good. Also, I don't think Cassandra will absorb the power she drains from the opponent's deck, that would make her absolutely busted. But also without that, I think she'd be a super mid card at best. I guess we'll have to wait and see exactly how she works.

Turn 1: korg
Turn 2: skip/scorpion
Turn 3: Magik
Turn 4: Cassandra Nova
Turn 5: absorbing man
Turn 6: grandmaster in cassandra lane with Ajax
Turn 7: Arnim Zola mid
This is just a brital afflict Deck

I am the most excited for bob, not because of the mechanic, but because bob is just really funny character and they nailed his mechanic. Copycat also sounds very cool and i can't wait to have her copy my oponents infinaut and they turn out to have adam warlock magik and just draw their textless infinaut that they can play anywhere. Oh i also can't wait to see her steal ebony maw's text.
ajax is underrated, he can solo win a lane in a hazmat deck even if ur opponent has luke cage
gwenpool with destroy will be cracked, especially if she picks Deadpool multiple times
I played a Discard deck in Conquest who's M.O.D.O.K was bottom of their deck twice in a row. Copycat isn't going to be THAT good. I'd say she's the worst of the month and Ajax is just a good affliction card. Sunspot, Scorpion, Debrii, Hazmat with Grandmaster on Scorpion/Debrii or Cyclops, Skip 5, drop Abomination She-Hulk and Ajax turn 6.
Is there confirmation cass gets the drained power? Sounds like it just lowers the power to me what makes everyone think she gains that power?

Copy cats big downside are goblins when you give them a 5 power card. Same reason you can really put iron lad with them. Or say you hit kitty pride and it just bounces back to your hand. For the most part I can see it being good but there are some gambles. Hits a destroy card and wipes out all your other cards at that location

Deadpool is an awesome comic. But he needs to be reworked so destroy is no longer a brainless deck for everyone to latch onto and never get nerfed. Why not make his text "Gain +4 with every death" much like Red Hulk? Doubling each time is just dumb with the easy bonus setup that can come in a destroy deck.
Ajax should be "on reveal" cause as a ongoing he just DIE against luke cage, i get that ongoing or on reveal eff that reduce the power should be "contained" or countered for cards like luke cage but this one "gains" power and lost that power (wich is not necesary a lot) just cause luke cage exist is not cool... also he can be killed by shang chi or shadow king
