Whoa, i wasnt expecting that! I look forward to the future line extensions. I only have 3000sf. I'm currently using an 18" Great States manual reel mower. A 25" gas powered mower would be severe overkill for me. Now, if you come out with an 18-20" battery powered mower on the Ego platform with cartidges in that $2000-$2500 range (or anything close to those specs) then i will be first in line. Since I'm only a mile away I guess I need to finally stop by and check out the shop.
Will be waiting on the cartridge version for sure. Hopefully it can lay down some great stripes too!! I bought my Swardman from ReelRollers 3 years ago, great guys!!

So it sounds like it could be removed easily, but your comment makes it sound like this one won't work with future cartridges. 🤔. I was all ready to buy, but if it's not future compatible for 2025s cartridges, then F'that.
I verified with Reel Rollers. The cutting blade reel of this soon to be launched mower Will NOT. I repeat, NOT able to be removed easily to send in to get reground. You'll have to take the whole mower to a facility or ship the whole mower............... This makes absolutely no sense as RR just said in this video he wants the reel to be able to be shipped.
Hello Ron. On new sod not completely rooted yet but excessive watering giving me algae. Can you do the dishwasher soap method with water mix between sod? If so how long to leave it before wash it off ?
@@RonHenry ok. I watered more cause when I checked under sod it didn’t have that wet look just moist like others stated. Roots growing so already lessen watering. Thanks again.

As an avid Allett user, I would love to try this mower. I have a few neighbors looking into reel mowers, and they like my Allett. They have already tried the California trimmer, mclane, etc…I have told them to wait on this one.
The secret is finally out. I met with Ben at the store and he told me about this development but swore me to secrecy. I kept my word, now I can tell everybody!
I am stoked for this. I just think that a 26 will be a little too much for my yard. Maneuverability would have to be tip top notch for me to be able to be comfortable with a 26 on my smaller yard in the front. I of course will more than likely wait until they release a cartridge system and more than likely ditch the Stirling. I like it but the parts are hard to get if anything goes wrong. I have seen horror stories online with people trying to get support.

Whats the height of cut range? March of next year I had planned on getting a McClain 25in. GR. Can this be pushed easily with one hand if the drive is not engaged? I have back and leg issues and need this option for tight areas??
I ordered a 25" Rolux with a Dec. delivery date, however I am now seriously looking at the Revolution 26 (R26). I do like the that the reel can spin independently of the drive speed. Also, I'm concerend about the weight balance that you guys mentioned with the Rolux and that it's rear heavy. Your thoughts Ron?
Hi William. I've only used the Rolux for 10 minutes or so but in that time, the thing that stood out is the weight balance. The weight of mower seems to be at the rear causing the front to not stay planted. This caused inconsistent cutting because the front of the mower would come off the turf. Just something to consider.

Sounds like you are ready for someone in the Fuquay Varina area of NC to run this mower through its paces. What a great opportunity - old guy, 22,000 square foot Bermuda lawn, never owned a reel mower. How could you ask for more? If you need my address lemme know. LOL
I hope they give attention to all contact points. The amount of noise from vibration is annoying as all get out. I applied electrical to all contact points in my Swardman, huge difference. I still feel this is a good option for many including myself for just a cutting mower. Plus Lee is a solid man. He stands by his products and Reel Rollers customer service is top notch.

@@steffen707- he does with the cartridge version, honestly if it's easy to back lap it's better since you can back lap anytime to keep it razor sharp.

I believe 1/8 - 1.25". You'll have to call Reel Rollers for the final word on blade count.

😢. I have one on my Honda hrx I think. Starts nicely, but yes it's loud even with isotune earbuds in.
Not as loud as my JD Gx345 though, 😂
Are the GX engines louder than the briggs & stratton equivalent? I've only ever owned the briggs equivalent.

Have a GX on my Allett and that thing purrs…
They're both fairly loud. The GX is considered a more reliable engine though.

Hi Eric. If you're watering enough cause algae issues, I would slightly reduce your watering.

All this overhyping for the Honda GX engine. I have one, but I don't think it's worth the extra $500.
The GX is pretty sweet. It's loud but mine has been flawless. Starts on the first pull each time.
