I got her in 116 pulls, my friend(who got her in 30 pulls) said I'm not getting her because I haven't farmed orundum since the Lin banner ended.
I had about 10 pulls when I got into the game to pull for Yato. I didn't even have enough yellow tokens to buy all the permits, and of course from the ones I was able to buy I only got Mizuki, so I used every operator voucher, got every character in Record Restorations, got all the characters in Side Stories, used all the CC bounty to buy characters, used all expedition plans I had and etc.
Then, around the 60th pull, I got pot for Blaze. I wasn't too sad, "there's still time" - I though.
50 pulls later... Last hours of the banner, exam the next day, but I really wanted Yato, so I continued to complete the last levels of the Side Story and Intermezzi, and 6 pulls later... Finally... I got her...

Secret node in IS3. You can fight random IS1 boss in that node like walmart faust, walmart, frostnova, gravestone, etc and the great thing it doesnt alter the IS3 ending. Simply fight them and back to IS3.
