Good one Mam... explained in a simple manner.. more than that your positivity that induces positivity in us . Can you take some sessions for neck and throat .. I feel some weakness over my neck muscles and neck postures ..also weakness over throat muscles also ..To get over this I always stretch my neck backwards and towards front .. it has become an habit , but of no use .. can you advice on that please ♥️
