Yes, there are 2 ways to do it. To stay safe and to ensure that you are led to the correct dimension and realm of where its located, ask Jesus or your Angel to take you. I wouldnt recommend going by your self under your own understanding. You may end up stuck out there , or another person in the astral plane may decide to deceive you, or an entity may tortue you for your lack of knowledge and experience you and then torment you or the "silver cord" that attaches your spirit to your body may be cut by a demon and then you die with spirit in the second realm
